Electric Shaftless Mill Roll Stand
Let's get to know the first important unit in our corrugated cardboard production line. That is the shaftless mill roll stand which is divided into electric and hydraulic types. Firstly, allow me to introduce the electric one to you. Our ZJ-F electric shaftless mill roll stand is used for supporting and fixing the paper rolls. The left and right as well as up and down movement of the arms are controlled by electric motor.

- The shaftless reel stand is designed with four symmetrical supporting arms which can hold two paper rolls at the same time.
- This motorized mill roll stand comes with disc type manual brake equipment that is designed for adjusting web tension at any time.
- Clamping and rotary structure of the arms are provided with fixed torque clutch, thus ensuring high safety.
- The maximum diameter of paper roll the electric shaftless mill roll stand holds is φ1400mm and the maximum weight is 2 tons.
